Definitely a '21 favourite...

One of our favourites from 2021 – Incredibly well lit, bespoke fitted furniture from Neville Johnson Group, huge resin Driveway/Car Port, veggie garden and gorgeous exposed floorboards to name just a few.

They’ve managed to mix contemporary cool with classic character in a way that makes an ideal family home.

It came round full swing

We’d previously sold this house to them – they liked the way we worked from a buyers perspective and were intrigued to know more about our strategy from a sellers perspective, so decided to instruct us to sell for them!

We started off by filming the property – ensuring all angles are covered. All too often the ‘video’ on a listing isn’t a video at all, but a PowerPoint presentation of the 6 photos that they took…
