We listed this at an original Guide Price of £600k on 24th, followed by a price increase to £625k. Not because we thought it was suddenly worth more, and the expectation of value hadn't changed - we did this purely as a way to cap off the number of viewings. We're happy to do hundreds if we need to, but you can be confident you've got market value with the 26 viewings we did.
